Job Descriptions
- Respond to technical tickets and provide technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Contact clients, propose effective solutions, and ensure issues are resolved.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, CCTV, networking, and software issues.
- Perform system installations, updates, monitoring, and maintenance procedures for hardware, software, and networking system.
- Perform backups and restore lost data as needed.
- Document processes and maintain service desk records.
- Provide minor technical or operational training.
Requirements
- D3/S1 Degree in computer sciences, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as Linux admin, help desk, sys admin, technical support, data center technician, or similar.
- Experience with Virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, VirtualBox, QEMU, Hyper-V, etc)
- Extensive experience in Linux-based servers and network equipment (installing, monitoring, maintaining)
- Experience backup automation and restoring processes.
- Able to keep up with advancements in networking and computer troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Willing to work the night shift.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
