Job Descriptions
- Reviewing all technical documents and UI messages for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, content, and style.
- Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy.
- Giving feedback and advice to technical writers.
- Ensuring that the document meets the company's standards.
- Maintaining and improving the quality of the content.
- Advocating the reader: reviewing and editing documents through a reader's eyes, while considering the document's purpose.
- Updating the FORMULATRIX Style Guide as new issues arise.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in English Linguistics/Languages, Journalism, Technical Writing, or equivalent.
- Have an understanding of Science or Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive is a plus.
- At least three years of working experience in the related field is preferable.
- Have the ability to write and edit technical documents.
- Well-versed with technology.
- Know how to use Google Suite: Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, etc.
- Have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organized and structured with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and fast learner.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
