Job Descriptions
- Implement the Zero Defect methodology to maintain overall quality standards for plastic products.
- Optimize process parameters and tooling design while considering product quality, cost efficiency, and design excellence.
- Analyze Moldflow simulation results and determine optimal injection parameters based on scientific
calculations. - Conduct Design of Experiments (DoE) for molds and actively participate in mold sampling and trial
processes. - Prepare and manage tooling for new product development across all production stages, from concept development to mass production.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Precision Tooling, or other related
fields. - At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing, tooling, or plastic injection molding.
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, injection molding processes, and related technologies.
- Proficient in Moldflow Simulation and Analysis software.
- Experienced in Design of Experiments (DoE) and Validation Protocols (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in product testing and validation processes.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and results-oriented mindset.
