We are mainly using React JS framework for our front-end tasks, and .Net Core for the backend. We also have an ML team that is working on some exciting problems. The Software QA Team designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Identifies, analyses, and documents problems with program function, output, or content. The team’s goal is for the software to meet the industry’s quality standards and meet customers’ expectations.

The AI Team - a specialized branch of software development consists of AI engineers and data annotators. AI engineers develop the algorithms and infrastructure while data annotators label the data needed to develop the AI. In Formulatrix, we focus on providing AI-based enhancements to any software product. We are currently working on AI-based enhancements within ROCK MAKER.

We, the Product Management Team is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering products to market. Acting as the bridge between the development and business teams, responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements, we are responsible for managing the entire product life cycle from concept to development to launch and beyond. This includes understanding customer needs, researching competitive products, developing product strategies and roadmaps, planning product releases, and working with development teams to bring the product to market. Our team also monitors performance and customer feedback and use this information to adjust strategies and plans.
We work together to identify customer needs, design prototypes, and develop features that meet those needs. We also ensure that our designs are visually appealing and intuitive, while still being easy to use. We take pride in ensuring that we create products that are both valuable and delightful for our customers.
We are responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, customers, and other partners. We act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and feature requests and work closely with the other teams in order to ensure the product meets customer needs.

The Inside Sales Team (IST) in Formulatrix established envisioning to support the outside sales team. IST consists of competent professionals operating from different locations around the globe. The majority of the team's background in biosciences demonstrates its capacity to completely comprehend the needs of the researchers. This ensures a positive customer experience. The team works effectively to qualify new leads and convert them to sales. It also digs down the existing accounts and employs upselling strategies to draw new business from them.

The Marketing Communications Team at Formulatrix encompasses an amalgamation of highly innovative and technically sophisticated professionals. The team serves as the face of the company, while spearheading fast-paced operations and producing creative marketing collateral to represent the business on international platforms. Through world-leading marketing strategies and hard-hitting campaigns geared towards expanding business horizons, the marketing department's mission is to reach out to global prospects as well as ensure a vibrant presence in international trade-shows for establishing win-win partnerships. The Marcom team believes in fostering and strengthening enduring rapport with diverse clients to seamlessly provide robust, cutting-edge biotechnology solutions for scientific endeavors and emerging markets.

Our team hosts state of the art laboratory which is equipped with high-throughput equipment for training and experimentation. We are open to collaborating with laboratories, Industry, Universities and our researchers to create and provide insights into new applications, miniaturizing experiment designs, and opening new horizons. The HR Team at Formulatrix Pakistan is responsible for the overall HR portfolio of the Company. We manage talent acquisition on a fast track through virtual recruitment and an integrated screening process. We have created a great team over the period which we consider the most valuable and precarious capital of the Company. We believe in 'great vision without great people is a joke'. The HR works closely with the higher management to make the Company a dynamic, productive, and competitive workplace in the market in terms of employees' growth, comp & ben, and overall organizational culture. We also look after the employees' healthcare, employees' saving plans, EOBI, payroll, and other employee related matters. The Admin and Accounts team looks after the overall administration and accounts of the company. The team is also booking all sales orders and managing customers' billings and accounts receivables.
