About the Position
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support our Protein Crystallography portfolio across the European market. This role is primarily focused on tender management, CRM administration, and general IST support, working closely with Sales, Applications, and Service teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM system.
- Support IST activities including lead generation and qualification, opportunity tracking, support visit follow ups, and internal coordination.
- Assist with quotations, pricing requests, and distributor support.
- Support cross-functional communication and sales operations.
- Timely follow ups with active pipelines.
- Manage and coordinate EU tenders and bids, including documentation, translation, and submission.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Life Sciences.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience will be preferred.
- Previous experience in the EU market will be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems and strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Laboratory, Pharmaceutical & Medical Sales Experience will be preferred.
- Strong English writing and oral communication skills.
- Computer & Internet skills are compulsory.
- Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Customer Handling & negotiation skills.
