Incubator.185

Designed for Automation

Modern automated laboratories require incubators that integrate smoothly with robotics and scheduling software. The Automated Cell Culture Incubator is built specifically for these environments, allowing robotic arms and automated systems to load and retrieve plates with minimal disruption.

The only automated incubator featuring dual automation load ports to eliminate hand-off race conditions and throughput bottlenecks associated with traditional automated incubators.By enabling automated plate access, the incubator supports high-throughput workflows and continuous unattended operation.

Incubator.187

Stable and Sterile Environment for Sensitive Cell Cultures

Maintaining a consistent and contamination-free environment is critical for healthy cell cultures. The incubator provides tightly controlled temperature, CO₂, and humidity conditions to support optimal cell growth.

To protect cultures from contamination, the system features internal recirculating HEPA filtration, continuously filtering air within the chamber to maintain a clean environment. An automated 90 °C moist decontamination cycle allows users to easily sanitize the incubator, helping reduce contamination risk and maintain reliable operation. In addition, the user load port reduces contamination risk and allows caddies to be transported directly to the hood for safer, more efficient handling.

To further protect delicate cultures, plates remain stationary during storage, minimizing vibration and disturbance that can affect cell health and experimental reproducibility.

High-Capacity Plate Storage

The incubator supports up to 210 SBS-format plates, providing large storage capacity for automated cell culture workflows.

This flexibility allows the incubator to support a wide range of cell culture applications and experimental formats.

Rapid Manual Loading

For laboratories that combine manual and automated workflows, the incubator includes a 24-plate load port that allows biologists to quickly load and unload plates without disrupting the internal environment.

This design enables seamless collaboration between scientists and automated systems.

Built for Integrated Automation Ecosystems

The Automated Cell Culture Incubator is ideal for laboratories developing automated cell culture platforms or expanding existing automation systems. Its integration-friendly design allows it to function as a core component within larger robotic workflows, enabling automated storage, retrieval, and incubation of cell culture plates.
