FORMULATRIX^® has started a LinkedIn group for those interested in or currently using Fluorescence Recovery After Photobleaching (FRAP) for pre-screening protein crystallization conditions.

 

 

Our FRAP imaging system was developed with Scripps Institute to advance Lipidic Cubic Phase (LCP) condition screening, often a time-consuming process that involves waiting for days or weeks to see if experimental conditions support crystal growth.

 

This group is an open discussion for anyone interested in or using FRAP to help learn from one another to further understand the capabilities that FRAP possesses.

 

The group is moderated by FORMULATRIX' resident protein crystallographer, Dr. Mayank Aggarwal.
