Design of Experiment (DoE) is a powerful tool for optimizing media composition and assay development by predicting the best combinations of components. Although the DoE helps decrease the number of experiments, executing such complex experiments and numerous pipetting operations is challenging.
This webinar highlights how our non-contact liquid dispensers address these issues effectively and benefit the DoE campaigns through significant time and resource savings.
We will explain implementing the DoE with the MANTIS and the TEMPEST liquid dispensers for assay development and multifactorial media optimization. Data will be presented from recombinant protein production, high throughput compound screening, and metabolite detection assay development, indicating the applicability of our liquid dispensers for DoE in a diverse range of workflows.
We will also introduce the F.A.S.T., a 96-channel positive displacement liquid transfer system, and the FLO i8, an 8-channel air displacement liquid handler with automated liquid transfer optimization.
