Job Descriptions
- Analyze and improve existing production processes to identify opportunities for automation potential and industrial-grade standardization.
- Design and develop electrical and control systems including PLC, HMI, and communication networks.
- Conduct prototyping, testing, and commissioning of automation systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standardization systems for electrical and programming components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate automation needs into technical and budgetary plans.
- Learn and support mechanical (design, manufacture & fabrication) and OOP-based software programming when required.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) in Mechatronics, or related field (vocational graduates with relevant experience are welcome).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and programming roles for industrial automation projects.
- Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, PLC programming, and automation control systems.
- Proficient in reading and design electrical circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, and flowcharts.
- Understanding of software and hardware integration between mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Strong Knowledge of industrial-grade component standards (CE, UL, ISO, IEC, etc.).
- Familiarity with mechanical design (3D CAD) and OOP programming languages (C#, C++, Java, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with manual and CNC manufacturing & fabrication is a plus.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Willing to work in a dynamic, innovative and multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Salatiga.
