Cellmatic Cold Dispense is an automated refrigerated reagent dispensing system designed for integration into laboratory automation workflows.
The system stores reagents under controlled cold conditions and automatically dispenses them into reservoirs or plates used in downstream automated workflows. By preparing reagents on demand, it eliminates the need for manual premixing while enabling flexible experiment design across multiple users and protocols.

Refrigerated Reagent Storage

The system can store 5 reagent containers (1 L bottles, or 5 L media bags). Reagent containers, plumbing lines, and the dispense station are all maintained inside the refrigerated chamber to preserve reagent stability and maintain environmental sterility.
Automated Dispensing and Reservoir Handling
The system automatically dispenses reagents into SBS-format reservoirs or compatible labware used for automated workflows.
During dispensing:
- Reservoirs are automatically delidded inside the dispensing station
- Reagents are dispensed according to the defined protocol
- Reservoirs are relidded before leaving the refrigerator to minimize contamination
The system can also combine multiple reagents into a single reservoir, allowing the automated creation of reagent mixtures directly within the system.
Built for Automated Laboratory Workflows
