Software Update - NT8 Version 4.13

We are pleased to announce the release of NT8 Version 4.13. This update introduces several new capabilities aimed at improving day to day workflows and expanding the types of experiments you can perform with your system.

What’s New in This Release

The NT8 version 4.13 brings exciting new workflows and further expands the scope of Rock Maker integration. This version of NT8 introduces support for large plate dispensing, including 384 and 1536 wells. It also includes a new Serial Dilution mode that will let you design and dispense Serial Dilution experiments using high-density plates. With Rock Mkaer integrated, you no longer have to rely on dispensing using the task list. This version now supports additive screen dispensing using Rock Maker integration. NT8 version 4.13 comes with all of this and more.

Serial Dilution

Introducing Serial Dilution, a feature that gradually reduces the concentration of your sample—whether it’s a reagent, compound, or biological material—in a precise, sequential, and controlled way for downstream applications. At each step, a constant volume of sample is transferred into a well with a diluent. The two are mixed thoroughly, leading to a progressive reduction in concentration.

Support for 384 and 1536 Well Plates

With this feature, you can accelerate testing of a large number of compounds, run more variations in experiments simultaneously, use smaller sample volumes, and increase your crystallization throughput.

Additive Screen Dispensing

Dispense the additive screen experiments designed in Rock Maker using Rock Maker Integration mode.

Liquid Class Override

You no longer have to go back and forth between your Rock Maker and NT8 to customize the liquid class for your ingredients, as you can now do that directly from the NT8.
