About
Recombinant adeno-associated viruses (rAAVs) have emerged as powerful tools for delivering therapeutic genes to target cells and tissues. However, rAAV formulation using conventional methods is often time-consuming and hindered by low yields and a lack of consistency.
This webinar will demonstrate how the µPulse - TFF system automates rAAV workflows, minimizes operator intervention, and enhances process consistency. The result is a leaner, more efficient manufacturing operation.
In addition, we will present data on the processing of a recombinant α-amylase, an enzyme with immense application potential, using the µPulse. Compared to equilibrium dialysis, gel filtration chromatography, and dead-end filtration, the µPulse offers faster buffer exchange, leading to increased productivity and reduced costs.
