Introducing the aµtoPulse - TFF System: High-throughput Sample Processing with the World's Lowest Hold-up Volume

About

In this webinar, we will introduce the aµtoPulse, our newest tangential flow filtration (TFF) system—now fully available for purchase. The aµtoPulse is a fully automated, high-throughput, walk-away TFF system for sample concentration and buffer exchange, offering the lowest TFF recoverable hold-up volume in history: 250 µL.

The µPulse® - TFF system, the predecessor of aµtoPulse, has been a trusted tool in labs worldwide since 2022 for processing proteins/MAbs, LNPs, RNA, DNA, and Viruses/VLPs. Its intuitive workflow and optimized processes save valuable time by eliminating the need for manual sample concentration and buffer exchange. While the µPulse excels in single-sample processing, demand for higher-throughput solutions has continued to grow.

Codesigned with our valued µPulse customers, the aµtoPulse is the next evolution of our patented microfluidic TFF technology. It automatically processes samples in parallel with precise control over each sample. In this presentation, we will highlight the key features of the aµtoPulse, compare it to the µPulse - TFF system, and explore its applications, process controls, and paradigm-shifting innovations.
