Webinar Abstract
Protein crystallization is a critical step in structural biology, but managing the workflow efficiently across experiment design, setup, imaging, and analysis can be complex and time-consuming. Rock Maker® streamlines the entire workflow, from experimental design to data analysis, in a single integrated platform.
This webinar introduces Rock Maker® V4, now fully web-based and running in your browser on a modernized platform, while preserving every workflow you rely on in V3. We will walk you through how to set up faster with the new Batch Load Wizard, reuse data across experiments with Protein Variants, review efficiently by surfacing your most promising drops with Top Images by Score, and compare your drop images captured under different imaging modes with flexible zoom-in options. We will also spotlight the latest version of Sherlock, our AI auto-scoring model, trained on a larger, more diverse dataset. It uses a more detailed classification system and delivers measurable gains over its predecessor, MARCO.
What Will You Learn?
