The system supports a wide range of reagents across two dedicated refrigerated units. The Cellmatic Cold Dispense stores bulk reagents in up to five 1 L bottles or 5 L media bags and automatically dispenses them into reservoirs directly within the refrigerated chamber, eliminating long tubing runs and the need to prime expensive reagents. The Cellmatic Cold Store provides cold storage for specialized reagents held in 96 deep-well blocks; when needed, these are automatically added to the base media to prepare the complete culture reagent on demand. Dispensed media is warmed before use with your cell culture plates. With capacity for up to 3 weeks of media storage and on-demand premixing for reagents with short expiration dates, the system runs extended workflows with minimal user intervention.

Every transfer is coordinated automatically by the Cellmatic scheduler, with no user intervention required between steps. The Stack's enclosed arm architecture ensures consistent, spill-free handling of large-volume liquid troughs and delicate cell plates alike, maintaining the sterility of the system throughout every run.

Reusable nozzles aspirate spent media and gently dispense fresh, warmed media, processing a full 96-well plate in under one minute. Cells are gently handled with minimal vibration throughout, and sidewall dispensing is used for all reagent additions. Protocols can be modified at any time, giving you full control. Protocol progress and results are visualized in the software dashboard throughout the run.
