Advancements in Automated Protein Crystallization

About

Besides emerging new techniques to study proteins, protein crystallization is still one of the most highly used methods to aid in structural determination. Automation of protein crystallization has been adopted by researchers for years and is continuously being optimized.

Laboratory automation increases the output of experiments and saves time and resources. Considering the demands of modern laboratories, FORMULATRIX is working with researchers to push the boundaries of what's possible with automation.

In this webinar, we will focus on the advancements made to our crystallization robot, the NT8 v4 Drop Setter, including:

  • 24-Well Plate Support
  • Upgraded Humidification Control
  • Automated Calibration
  • New Space Saving Hood

We will also present the µPULSE® - TFF System which can automate protein concentration and diafiltration saving you time and freeing you from the centrifuge. TFF has proven to be a safe and gentle way to concentrate proteins while increasing efficiency as compared to dead-end filters.
